With unrivalled networking opportunities on the night, the black-tie dinner and awards are the ultimate celebration of the Auckland civil construction industry's achievements.  The Auckland CCNZ Hynds Construction Awards Gala Dinner takes place on Saturday 14 November 2026 at the Cordis Hotel.

• 5.30pm: Pre-Function
• 6.00pm: Seated for Gala Dinner

Table bookings

Guests will be seated at tables of 10. If you would like to book a table (or multiple tables), please purchase the appropriate number of tickets and you will be allocated tables accordingly (i.e. if you want 2 tables, please purchase 20 tickets).

That's fine, we can collect that information closer to the time.  To make the booking and secure the space, simply enter the name and email address of the person making the booking in the form.  We will contact you closer to the time to confirm attendee names, email addresses, and dietary requirements.

• Your invoice must be paid before attendance at the event or your booking will be cancelled.
• Please use your invoice number as your reference.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your booking to attend the Auckland CCNZ Hynds Construction Awards Gala Dinner, you must contact us via email (aucklandevents@civilcontractors.co.nz).  The following cancellation conditions apply:

• More than 30 days prior to the event: a refund will be given minus a 25% administration fee.
• Within 30 days of the event: no refund will be given.

Note that you are able to change the attendee names if required.

Photography and Videography

• We may photograph and/or video the event and images may be used in (but not limited to) CCNZ promotional materials, social media and websites.
• If you (or the person you are booking on behalf of), do not grant the release of your (or their) image, please contact aucklandevents@civilcontractors.co.nz
